Phil Lehman notes: This is the director’s cut of the film with a running time of 203 minutes. It includes the OVERTURE, INTERMISSION MUSIC, and EXIT MUSIC. This full-length version was made available in 1992 on VHS tape and Laserdisk, but never released on DVD or Blue-ray. The only way to see this version in Dolby 5.1 surround sound is on the laserdisk. The next best option is to see it on Turner Classic Movies.
